Newly installed customised office desk

The project involved designing and installing a custom-made office desk specific to the clients operational needs. Our in-house design team worked closely with the client producing a number of proposals including visuals to achieve a bespoke office furniture that now offers simplistic lines, accommodating wheelchair accessibility as well as offering long term functionality for the client.

Wipeable design, concealed power cables, custom height for client, durable and sustainable materials used.

New vinyl flooring was imperative due to the existing poorly laid floor installed by others. Dominion Plus went above and beyond to address underlying problems which were the cause of ‘bubbling’ nature of the vinyl to ensure a long lasting and durable finish.

Jenner Basement

This project involved a comprehensive survey, drawing package and a condition report prepared by our in-house design team.

The full thrust of the project required specialists due to the walls being significantly affected by long standing damp and high heat temperature levels throughout the basement.

Our drawings facilitated a sustainable design solution to ensure optimum ventilation in order eliminate rising damp and address the high humidity and the overheated internal conditions which were unsuitable for the end users

Damp and bubbling due to water ingress were seriously affecting the walls. Treatment and plastering, making good and re-decoration were necessary.
Badly affected ceilings were areas of interest and replaced giving a seamless finish.

We work on a number of minor scale refurbishment projects which may involve dismantling and reinstalling of items, reinventing office space,
designing and creating sustainable storage solutions etc.

On average office chairs should be replaced every 7- 8 years. A number of the Pathology Lab chairs had not only exceeded this status quo, showing signs of wear and tear but the furniture was also heavily outdated.

Dominion Plus Ltd. supplied the latest version of pathology lab chairs, assembled and installed well within the specified time – frame contributing to a productive environment by continuing to uphold the trust’s image.
